WILDN Platform Partner Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTICE

By registering, accessing, listing services, uploading content, or transacting on the WILDN website or mobile application ("Platform"), you ("Partner") agree to be legally bound by these Platform Partner Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is between

WILDN ULTRADVEN PRIVATE LIMITED

A company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Gopalpali, Remed Chowk, Remed, Sadar, Sambalpur – 768006, Odisha, India ("WILDN")

AND

Any individual or entity registering or using the Platform as a service provider, vendor, operator, seller, or partner ("Partner").

2. ACCEPTANCE & LEGAL VALIDITY

By clicking "I Agree", registering, or using the Platform, the Partner agrees this is a legally binding electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. NATURE OF PLATFORM

WILDN acts solely as a technology marketplace intermediary under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

4. COMMISSION

Partner expressly agrees that WILDN shall charge a commission of 10% (ten percent) on every successful transaction completed through the WILDN website or mobile application, calculated on transaction value excluding taxes.

5. PAYMENTS & SETTLEMENT

All payments shall be processed via escrow/nodal accounts and settled within 14 days from month-end.

6. PARTNER OBLIGATIONS

Partner shall maintain all licenses, ensure safety, lawful conduct, and proper service delivery.

7. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

Partner shall indemnify and hold harmless WILDN from all claims arising out of Partner services.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts at Bargarh, Odisha.

9. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

Clicking "I Agree" constitutes valid acceptance.
